Rapid Grant Mission
To make positive change by reaching out to residents of all ages in communities ravaged by gun violence and gang activity. By providing tools and resources to young and old alike, G-MACC helps people reflect, learn, act and evolve to embrace the healthy, caring, stable individual within, and to transform the surrounding community through positivity and activism.
Rapid Grant Purpose
Co-producing public safety and decreasing gun violence is at the forefront of our work. Communities will benefit from our increased presence throughout New York City, which will decrease violence. Our programs help mediate conflicts in an effort to see a decline in gun related incidents this year. Through investing in a convening of CBO’s focused on combating the epidemic of gun violence our annual goals will be actualized.
