Neil Currie

Neil B. Currie is a Vice President for the American Arbitration Association (AAA). He currently oversees the AAA’s Consumer and Employment Compliance team. Mr. Currie reviews consumer and employment arbitration agreements for compliance with the Consumer and Employment Due Process Protocols.

He developed and currently oversees the AAA’s Consumer Clause Registry. He analyzes the mass arbitration/consumer/employment alternative dispute resolution (ADR) field in support of the AAA’s outreach and education efforts in this space. He continues to educate users and counsel on developing consumer/mass arbitration ADR processes, procedures, and arbitration clause development. He is a speaker and writer on the topics of consumer and mass arbitration matters.

After joining the AAA in 1999, he previously served in various capacities, including Vice President of the Consumer ADR Administration Group and the Self-Represented Case Administration Team, Vice President of the Case Management Department, Assistant Vice President of the Case Management Department, Staff Attorney with the Legal Department, and Team Leader with the AAA’s New York Insurance Case Management Center. Mr. Currie, a member of the New York State Bar, received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from UC College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly known as Hastings College of the Law).
